Marketing Manager

Available October 2017.  Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, this role is ideal for a senior level marketing manager with a minimum of five years’ experience in the foreign exchange and global payment arena. Joining the in-house marketing team, you should be passionate about brand ownership and the opportunity to make your mark and as we are looking to build a team of the finest marketing professionals to support our unprecedented global growth.

  • Support Marketing Director to build and deliver the marketing strategy and campaign plans in line with business objectives
  • Liaise with other sales, tech and operation teams to become the day-to-day marketing contact within the business scheduling and project managing work streams
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Build and mentor a strong marketing delivery team
  • Lead day-to-day contact with all partner agencies
  • Introduce relevant marketing processes within the business to build efficiency
  • Build and deliver excellent client communications with a focus on CRM
  • Roll out core brand messages across key owned channels ensuring always up to date as business adapts

Operations Assistant

Job Information

In this role, reporting directly into the Head of Operations, there are a wide range of responsibilities which includes settlements, customer service and compliance. With the opportunity to focus on a particular element as the business grows, you will be part of a specialist customer service team building 1-2-1 relationships with members of the luxury sectors.  Available immediately. Salary c.£25,000 per annum. Company bonus scheme.

Skills and qualifications

  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • A good understanding and experience of cash flow management and foreign exchange settlements
  • The ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Good customer service skills and experience liaising with external clients and counterparts
  • A good understanding of AML and KYC requirements

Currency Analyst

Job Information

Centtrip are building a unique approach to currency which is ground breaking and the individual will be required to work to the key brand value of transparency at all times. They will be the public face of Centtrip via our PR exposure, which they will drive and have ownership of.

We are looking for an analyst who is able to construct from both technical and fundamental data, forecasts and commentary on an ongoing basis.

The right candidate will need to deliver a fair pace of content against deadlines being circulated both to the internal sales team, directly to clients and via a PR agency into the financial press.

The individual will have an intimate knowledge of the deliverable FX market and a strong commercial understanding of how currencies affect businesses.

Skills and experience required

  • Work to sharp deadlines

  • Ability to work with TV and radio
  • Ability to relate an economic story to currency
  • Both technical analysis and fundamental data analysis is required

  • Comment on the market movement as it occurs driven by data released
  • Monthly currency forecast document
  • On-going relationship with the PR company to build premier coverage
  • TV and radio work via the PR company
  • Attend client meetings when required
  • Deliver presentations at conferences
