Centtrip Limited is a company registered in the UK with company number 08651138. Centtrip Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Electronic Money Institution under registration number FRN 900717. Registered office: 1 Mark Square, London, EC2A 4EG. 

The Centtrip Prepaid Mastercard is issued by:

- Adyen N.V. pursuant to a licence from Mastercard for both UK and European based clients; and

- PFS Card Services (Ireland) Limited (PCSIL) pursuant to a licence from Mastercard for UK based clients.

Adyen N.V. is a regulated bank, licensed by the European Central Bank and supervised by the Dutch Central Bank. Registered office: Simon Carmiggeltstraat 6-50, 1011 DJ, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

PCSIL is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and is authorised and regulated as an issuer of electronic money under registration number C175999. Registered office: EML Payments, 2nd Floor La Vallee House, Upper Dargle Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow. On 17 January 2024, Kieran Wallace and Andrew O’Leary of Interpath Ireland were appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of PCSIL by order of the Irish High Court.
