What are accounting integrations? 

Accounting integrations connect your Centtrip account directly to your preferred accounting platform. Instead of exporting spreadsheets or entering data manually, expenses and receipts flow automatically into your accounting system. 

With Centtrip’s integrations, cardholders can submit receipts, tag transactions and add notes on the go via the Centtrip app, while your finance or admin team syncs and reconciles everything with just a few clicks — no exports, no switching between platforms. 

How Centtrip integrates with leading platforms 

QuickBooks Online 

Our newest integration with QuickBooks Online makes it easy to connect your Centtrip account and transfer card or cash expenses, along with receipts, labels and notes, directly into your QuickBooks account. You can also import your chart of accounts into Centtrip to ensure that expense categories and account codes stay consistent, saving time and reducing errors.  

Xero 

Many of our clients use Xero for day-to-day bookeeping. With Centtrip, expenses captured on the go sync automatically with Xero, giving your finance team real-time visibility without manual effort. As with QuickBooks, you can import your chart of accounts into Centtrip and use pre-set labels to assign accurate codes at the point of submission. 

DeepBlue and Aquator Marine 

Tailored for the superyacht industry, our integrations with DeepBlue and Aquator Marine provide seamless expense syncing with these specialised yacht management platforms. This streamlines end-of-charter reporting and month-end close processes, while helping captains, yacht managers, and family offices maintain full visibility and control over onboard spending. 

Eclipse, Moneypenny and OctopusPMI

For film and TV production, Centtrip integrates with key production management and accounting systems like Eclipse (from TPH Global), Moneypenny and OctopusPMI (by Kai Consulting).
